The Dark Herald Pokemon: Regioni wanted a scout to see nearby villages, so he created Regiherald. Despite its bulky, heavy appearance, it is extremely light and can fly with ease. Regiherald is aggressive, but will only pick fights it thinks it will win, showing frightening intelligence. If this Pokemon is spotted flying overhead, Registation and Regioni are not far behind. Entire villages have been evacuated if even one person claims to have seen it nearby.
In battle, Regiherald will fire sharp metallic thorns at its adversaries, which cause massive damage to any organic being skewered by it. After the target has been weakened enough, Regiherald will dive down, scoop up the injured Pokemon, and fly to a lethal altitude, where it will drop the unfortunate victim. The thorns seem to add weight to the victim, aiding their imminent demise.
Legendary
Special Ability: Herald of Doom
Every 5 turns, Regiherald will gain 1 attack and 1-speed point. These changes can't be undone by stat-changing moves.
Signature Move: Metal Barrage
Deals 30 Physical Damage, 95 accuracy, 15pp. Removes all positive effects from the opposing Pokemon, and slows them by 1 point. 50% chance to have sharp thorns dig into the opponent for 10 turns.
Flying-type
Low hp, defense, and Sp. Attack, but average attack and high speed and Sp. Defense.
