The Deceitful Servant Pokemon: Regioni wanted a loyal servant to carry out the duties it didn't have time for, so Regioni went to a graveyard and created Regighoul. Unknown to Regioni, Regighoul is a deceitful, lying, and cunning Pokemon, often tricking opponents into making mistakes in battle or persuading them to let him by. While Regighoul enjoys killing, like his maker, Regighoul will sometimes make deals with humans... none of which Regighoul upholds. Regighoul wants nothing but power, and so it has been trying to find an opportunity to steal Regionis immense strength... but it hasn't found that moment yet.
In battle, Regighoul will use its unnerving appearance to frighten smaller beings away by rattling its many bones and staring at them. If this doesn't work, Regighoul will send condensed beams of agony toward the enemy, causing them to feel great pain, before Regighoul finishes them off. If it is near being defeated, Regighoul will try to bargain with the opponent... and will often succeed.

Special Ability: Bony Menace
Pokemon smaller than this Pokemon have their attack and special attack lowered by 2 points. This can't be undone by stat-changing moves. If the opponent is larger than Regighoul, their attack is boosted by 2 points.
Signature Move: Bargain
0 damage, 100 accuracy, 10pp. Regighoul will persuade the opponent to attack their teammate next turn. If in a single battle, the opposing Pokemon will take 20 special damage and become confused. It will also not be able to use any damaging attacks for 1 turn.
Ghost-type
Low defense, special defense, attack, and hp, but very high speed and special attack.
