The Rusty Tank Pokemon: When a Tintreads gathers enough electricity, it evolves into a Rustank. The antennae on its head now sports a powerful electric cannon, which can drain nearby power sources, and then fire a massive EMP blast. Although its mobility has been severely restricted, it cannot be flipped by enemy attacks, because magnetism keeps it firmly on the ground.
In battle, Rustank is a very powerful foe, shutting down electric attacks by absorbing them, and then firing back. Its armor is nothing to scoff at either, being able to resist most Fighting-type moves without much damage. The only true weakness is that Rustank is fairly slow, can't turn as fast as other Electric-types, and takes time to "reload" its cannon.
Signature Ability: Tank Armor
Once on the battlefield, this Pokemon takes all priority moves, all Electric-type attacks, and all Steel-type attacks. All critical hits are negated on this Pokemon. If hit by an Electric-type attack, EMP will have double damage.
Evolves after using EMP 20 times at level 40.
For the Neo-Kanto Region, like Tintreads and Boilernaught.
A slow, bulky tank, with low Speed, moderate Attack, good Sp. Attack, high Hp, and Very high Defense and Sp. Defense.
