Giltalis spin beautiful chrysalides of silk that cures to a sparkling golden color. Anyone who tries to take the silk is met with a withering, soul-piercing glare, but Giltalis can't move around enough to actually do anything about it.
Giltalis wait for evolution in marvelous gilded cocoons. They think the golden color makes them more important than other bugs, but most other Pokémon tend to ignore them.
