Despite it’s more or less non-shock resistant appearance, this pokémon was originally found in the open ocean. But nowadays you would more likely find them in people’s homes than in the sea (but these pokémon are fine with that!)

Their name is the combination of cephalopoda (the squid’s scientific class) and lamp. They only have one form and no evolution. They are in the water 3 egg group. This pokémon can be encountered in the Aussio region.
