Pendantic, The Steel/Dragon Necklace Pokemon

A concept for my new region based on Southern England.
Pendantic, Steel/Dragon type. Height, 3 inches
While not in flight, it attaches itself to trees and plants and hangs from its wings. It protects the orb it carries with its life. It is very stuck up and snobbish, never forming emotional attachments for long and prefering to stay alone.
It would evolve when given enough friendship into a crown pokemon, although I don't have a design for that yet.
It's based on English folklore and those rings and necklaces you always see with dragons holding orbs. It's name is a combination of "Pedantic" and "Pendant"
