Prismers and prismiart are peculiar Pokémon because they lack fighting skills and can only defend themselves with its Rock hard body which shines in the sun. When they evolve using a ice or sun stone their fighting skills return and their brush and pallet change with them. With it’s hot form it’s brush wields a mighty flame with its cold form it’s brush freezes it’s surroundings with a whip of it’s brush
