The Tiny Tank Pokemon: This odd Pokemon appeared after the calamity in Neo Kanto, but ancient records say that it existed before the calamity. It roams around the wastelands, and is considered one of the most docile creatures outside of the cities, and is very curious. The antennae on their head can emit powerful electric shocks that can cause paralysis and shut down electronic devices. During the storms that plague the wastes, Tintreads will find shelter in old buildings, and charge themselves. If touched in this state, the Tintreads will discharge all of its stored energy, causing painful paralysis and slight burns on the offender.
In battle, Tintreads will rely on their hard exterior, quick movement, and powerful shocks to subdue enemies. If a Tintreads is flipped on its head, however, it will be completely defenseless until it is back on its legs. Since these Pokemon are very docile, these situations are very rare and battles are scarce.

60 Sp. Atk, 100 acc, and 20pp. This attack hits all enemies on the field. This move paralyzes the opponent and deals twice the amount of damage against Steel-types.
A small tank with Low Attack, Mediocre Speed and HP, Good Defense and Sp.Defense, and High Sp.Attack.
