Turatal are boisterous and noisy Pokémon that love to be as loud as possible. Wild Turatal sometimes hold noise-making contests to see which one can create the greatest racket.
Loud sounds tend to excite Turatal and send them into a frenzy, and it takes a great deal of effort to calm one down once it gets started. They even make noise by simply flapping their wings, so they get worked up fairly often.
