The Grave Fungus Pokemon: Tombshrooms are only found in ecological dead zones or graveyards. It's said these Pokemon feed off of misery, but studies show they perform rapid cell mutations that allow them to survive in harmful conditions. The pink parts of the mushroom share disturbingly similar DNA with humans.
In battle, these Pokemon will spew mold and spores out at their opponents which will make their foes contract an illness known as "Fungus Rabies" where their skin will grow dark and will seek dark areas, while lashing out at any living animals that stray too close to the infected. It appears that Fire, Ghost, and Poison-types are immune to the illness, however, which is being studied further. On death, these Pokemon will release a massive explosion of caustic sludge, nearly identical to that of Regitoxs body.
