When Snebe evolves into Korbra,its chests expand and can store many eggs which it uses to attack due to the lack of venom in its fangs. Their rattle is as hard as stones. They build their nests in underground caverns.

Korbra is the combination of "cobra" and "koriko", an African language for grass.
If Kobra was an official pokemon,it would be both the second grass type snake evolution line and the second ground type snake, the first being the Snivy line and the Onix line. It and its pre-evolution Snebe would also be the only snake pokemon with rattles.
Kobra evolves from Snebe at level 20 after learning Egg Bomb.
With the fanmade ability Egg Launcher, the move Egg Bomb does slightly boosted damage and makes the move a grass type.
