The Binoculars Pokemon: This large, lanky Pokemon is quite odd. Folioscopes are curious by nature, using the lenses in their false head on their left arm as a primitive set of "binoculars" to observe humans and other Pokemon. Once they have found an interesting target, they will observe it for hours on end but will run off if spotted. As they are covered in an odd, moss-like substance, they stand out in the wastes of Neo-Kanto and are rather easy to spot.
In battle, Folioscopes will fire thin, non-lethal lasers from its "eye", before launching a powerful blast of unknown energy that fries electronics, but also causes severe burns on the target. It is theorized that the thin lasers are a sort of "targeting system" that pinpoints the enemy for an unknown weapon to fire the beam at.

Signature Move: Target Lock
250 special damage, 10pp, never misses, and is a Steel-type move. This is a three-turn attack. On the first turn, Folioscope locks onto the opposing Pokemon. On the second turn, Folioscope hides behind the other members of the party. On the third turn, all opposing Pokemon are hit with the attack and are inflicted with paralysis or a burn.
A bulky support Pokemon with a devastating orbital strike with Poor Attack, Mediocre HP and Speed, and Good Sp.Defense, High Defense, and High Sp. Attack.
