The Defective Pokemon: Sightings of these Pokemon are very rare, but whenever a Protostake is spotted, a large horde of Firlocks will follow in its wake. These Pokemon are ruthless fighters, slashing and stabbing at opponents with brutal efficiency, before discarding the opponent to the horde. Protostakes wander aimlessly, with no apparent pattern to their movements, so their territory covers a vast amount of the wasteland. If a Protostake is defeated or captured, the horde will scatter, leaving the Protostake to whatever was strong enough to defeat it.
In battle, the false eyes on its shoulders will launch circular projectiles that are imbued with potent neuro-toxins, causing joint stiffness and drowsiness. It then leaps towards the target and slashes it with its claws. Almost every creature is afraid of Protostake, and will rarely pick fights with them. Even Machug and Dismanduur avoid conflicts with Protostake.

Signature Ability: Fearmonger
All enemies will have their stats dropped by two stages. This cannot be resisted or dodged. After five turns, this Pokemons Attack doubles.
Signature Move: Maul
65 physical damage, 15pp, 100 accuraccy. This attack has a 75% to paralyze the enemy and a 25% to make the opponent go to sleep.
A powerful physical sweeper, with low defense, low Sp.defense, mediocre HP, mediocre Sp.Attack, high speed, and very high attack.
Note: This is for Neo-Kanto. It is meant to be a rare "random encounter", where you can catch a powerful Pokemon. This Pokemon will always be at Level 65 when you encounter it. It is Fighting-Dark because it looks evil and it is very strong.
