The pumpkin on top of its head seems to have a life of its own but the the creature wearing it doesn’t seem to care. It seems to have symbiotic relationship with the pumpkin it is wearing being both alive and aware of its surroundings and both need to feed. It mostly guides lost travelers into a safe place with its pumpkin that mysteriously glows when the sun goes down.
