Faintrick can hang upside down from branches using their prehensile tails. They stay very still, wait for someone to pass underneath them, and then drop onto the heads of their unsuspecting targets as if from out of nowhere.
Faintrick lie perfectly still whenever threatened by something, or just when they feel like being deceptive. They are so good at remaining stiff and lifeless that even scientists have trouble telling whether they're just pretending.
