The Unstable Pokemon: Rockers are powerful but mentally unstable Pokemon who will often look for fights, even if they can't win. Nobody knows why Rockers are so unstable, but scientific studies show that their brains move at a much higher speed than any other fighting-type Pokemon.
In battle, Rockers harden their skin to help attack, but will randomly soften their body again for no reason. Given how unpredictable a Rocker can be, very little is known of their social interactions. Some travel in groups, some travel in pairs, while others seem to travel alone. Only highly trained trainers can train a Rocker.
