Wacheye is a Pokemon with a domain over time. If it makes a mistake, it can rewind time to fix it, but at such an early stage, doing this expends a LOT of energy. It cannot fly, and it is extremely prone to shattering, the main reason it will rewind, as if it doesn't, it can become malformed in later stages. Oh yeah, I made the art on Scratch, so don't judge.
