Cessmer lurk in sewers and in stretches of stagnant water. They use their glowing spots and lures to mesmerize the few Pokémon that live nearby, attracting them close enough for a bite.
Cessmer don't just use their lures to draw in prey—the intensity and color of the glow also indicate its mood. An angry or nervous Cessmer flashes its lures very brightly, which may inadvertently scare potential meals away.
