The Heavy Dragon Pokemon: Dreadragons are highly dangerous. Their cold, cunning nature allows them to easily compete with faster prey or deadly opponents. Their hide is thick enough to allow them to take a head-on charge from a Ryhorn, yet light enough for quick movement. If a Dreadragon sets its sights on an opponent, a bloody brawl will ensue.
In battle, Dreadragons will wait out their opponent's attacks, using their back as a shield from most attacks. After the opponent is tired or has managed to get past the Dreadragon's impressive defense, it will fly into a frenzy. It has been observed to be able to shoot molten metal through its mouth, and will often do this to prevent escape. As expected, bites from a Dreadragon will cause severe burns. If a Dreadragon is defeated or near death, it will flee and recuperate in a den. It will then emerge after 2-8 weeks and finish what it started.
